Home > Our commiments > Control over the whole organisation CONTROL OVER THE WHOLE ORGANISATION As a worldwide player in the mushroom industry, the group is committed to total control over a fully integrated organisation, from the production of spawn to the consumer's plate. This control is exercised with regard to its customers and consumers and to the external environment. The group's commitments to its customers and consumers are based on 3 basic foundations: a strict quality policy, innovative R&D and effective management. As far as the environment is concerned, the group has made it a priority through a dynamic investment policy and the introduction of very strict controls at every stage of its activity. OUR QUALITY POLICY  In order to meet our customers' and consumers' expectations in terms of quality and safety, the France Champignon Group's requirements apply at every stage of its activity.
The implementation of our quality policy depends on the dedication and skill of our employees, who are supported by excellent facilities and rigorous control processes.  CONCERN FOR THE ENVIRONMENT  As part of its development, the France Champignon Group has made concern for the environment a priority through initiatives introduced at different stages of its activity to ensure that good environmental practices are followed in the following 4 areas: water, air, noise and waste treatment.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT  To meet the expectations of our customers and consumers and to be in line with new consumer trends, the France Champignon Group has introduced a particularly active Research & Development policy. The fact that we control every stage of production means that we can apply R & D to each of these stages, from the production of spawn to the consumer's plate.
EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT  In late 2004, France Champignon decided to introduce the SAP integrated management software to manage all its activities.
