Control over the growing process
Through its knowledge of mushroom growing, our subsidiary Champiland, situated in the heart of the Landes forest, has totally integrated every area of expertise, from mycelium quality to spawning, incubation and fructification.
Our "in-house" production is based on the growth of oyster mushrooms, but we can also offer other types of mushroom such as the shiitakes, blewits, "champignons blonds", etc.

Champiland has introduced specifications and a continuous improvement process to ensure that its supplies remain consistent in terms of quality and food safety, which can not be achieved by an opportunistic buying policy that depends on fluctuations in market costs.
