As fresh and transformed button mushrooms require different treatment from a logistics point of view, the France Champignon Group has set up two separate distribution platforms:

the Longué platform, which packs and dispatches fresh products under controlled temperatures to maintain all their taste qualities.
the Montreuil Bellay platform, which receives all the sterilised products from the Beaufort en Vallée, Doué la Fontaine and Thouars factories, then dispatches them to all the distribution circuits on the French market and export markets.
