CHAMPILOIRE

From a functional point of view, Champiloire is the company that markets France Champignon Group products. Champiloire contains the group's management functions and is therefore responsible for managing customer relations and organising invoicing.

From a legal point of view, it acts as the holding company, with holdings in the various France Champignon Group subsidiaries. It was in this holding company that the Butler Capital Partners investment fund acquired an 80% share in July 2004.
