THE PROCESSED PRODUCTS ACTIVITY
The France Champignon Group has the infrastructure to enable it to transform button mushrooms using different traditional processes and to deliver them to all its customers in France and abroad.

The group has highly efficient production facilities used in three Button Mushroom transformation processes: sterilisation, freezing and pasteurisation. Its transformation activities are spread over three sites: Thouars (79), Doué la Fontaine (49) and Beaufort en Vallée (49), which is also the home of the group's central analysis laboratory.

The France Champignon Group also has a distribution platform dedicated to packing and dispatching sterilised products. The platform, in Montreuil-Bellay, Maine and Loire, receives all the sterilised products from the Beaufort en Vallée, Doué la Fontaine and Thouars factories, completes the packaging process and delivers them to every distribution circuit in France and abroad.
