EUROMYCEL
To ensure that it has total control over its activities, the France Champignon Group has its own spawn laboratory, Euromycel, which produces the various types of mycelium required for growing button mushrooms and Woodland and Exotic Mushrooms.
FRANCE CHAMPIGNON CROPS
As a group that covers every aspect of the Button Mushroom industry, France Champignon has its own mushroom production activity.
THE FRESH PRODUCTS ACTIVITY
In order to best meet the needs of fresh product customers and consumers, the France Champignon Group has set up a special structure for this activity, and has launched a brand dedicated to supermarkets: "Les Champignons de Léon".
THE PROCESSED PRODUCTS ACTIVITY
The France Champignon Group has the infrastructure to enable it to transform button mushrooms using different traditional processes and to deliver them to all its customers in France and abroad.
CHAMPILAND
Founded in 1986, Champiland is based in Herm, in the Landes forest. Its role is to offer a full range of top-quality Woodland and Exotic Mushrooms all year round.
France CHAMPIGNON GMBH
For a number of years, the mushroom market in Germany has differed from that of other European markets: firstly, its hypermarkets and supermarkets have continually demanded manufacturer-brand or own-brand products in jars, and secondly, the hard discount sector has developed continually and now accounts for most of the volumes of mushrooms sold in the country.
COMPAGNIE DU MONT LOZERE
Founded in 1976, Compagnie du Mont Lozère is based in La Grande Combe, in the Gard, and is a France Champignon Group subsidiary specialising in sterilised and dehydrated Woodland and Exotic Mushrooms.
INTERCHAMP
With the growth of Poland as a major supplier of mushrooms in different types of packaging, France Champignon decided 15 years ago to develop a transformation activity in the country.
CHAMPILOIRE
From a functional point of view, Champiloire is the company that markets France Champignon Group products. Champiloire contains the group's management functions and is therefore responsible for managing customer relations and organising invoicing.
