From spawn to the consumer's plate, the effects of the quality policy can be seen as follows: Spawn production Guaranteed from a non-GMO rye, thanks to a long-term partnership between Euromycel and a supplier who uses minimum spraying techniques and sets aside a plot of land specifically for its needs.
